Ivisan to have simple fiesta celebration
IVISAN, Capiz – Mayor Felipe Neri Yap of this town said the celebration of their forthcoming fiesta from September 1- 10 would be simple because of the damage that the town has incurred due to typhoon "Frank" recently.

He also said that the selection of the Fiesta Queen was not course through contest but by appointment.
