his message.
Roxas City – A yearly one-day celebration of Capiz TESDA Schools Association (CAPTESA) member-schools this city and province of Capiz was celebrated and coincided with the week-long celebration of Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) of TESDA with this year’s theme: "TESDA sa Ika-labing apat, Kasanayan Walang Katapat, Kabuhayan Angat sa Lahat".
The one-day CAPTESA Day affair was highlighted with a motorcade parade around the major streets of Roxas City early in the morning. The program was held at the Capiz Gymnasium with Honorable Victor A. Tanco, Governor of Capiz as guest of honor. Twenty-one (21) CAPTESA member-schools actively participated in the affair with parlor games in the morning and cultural presentations in the afternoon. The CAPTESA Board of Trustees and members presented their best through a "mini-chorale" presentation by signing "Ang Gugma sang mga Tigulang" and Dalawidaw." A luncheon fellowship for the Board was served with sumptuous food (with lechon, courtesy of Filamer Christian College) and drinks.
