Capiz solon is anti-RH Bill
ROXAS CITY – Capiz 2nd District Representative Fredenil H. Castro recently declared that he is against the controversial Reproductive Health (RH) Bill (House Bill No. 5043 or the Reproductive Health and Population Act of 2008).
Castro made his stand during the pro-life protest rally held at the city plaza last week. Castro is among the 111 congressmen in the 13th congress who are against the RH Bill.

"A man and woman are created in the image and likeness of God; hence, they inherently posses human dignity and worth," the resolution stated.
It added: Our Constitution and the Universal Bill on Human Rights protect the moral and constitutional rights of the family, particularly our women and children from the onslaught of ideologically-driven bills that seek to the "women's health" in order precisely to undermine and ultimately destroy that which they purportedly wish top uphold and protect.
It further said that the HB 5043 also "requires value free sex education to school, children, thus, undoubtedly weakens parental authority and incites adolescents to early sexual activity that leads to increase in sexually transmitted disease (STD) and unwanted pregnancies that lead to abortion.
The said resolution was signed by Eustaquio Arquisola, chairman; Sinceridad Delgado, member; Lolita Demontano, member; Sr. Luz Roma, D.C., Vice President for Education; and Sr. Dolores E. Tria, D.C., Sister Servant.
