The Philippine Rural Reconstruction Youth Association is a national organization of youth leaders dedicated to be the catalysts of change. It envisions "A Philippine Society Where The Filipino Youth Are Active Participants In Sustainable and Equitable Community."
The Philippine Rural Reconstruction Youth Association- Negros Chapter had its 4th PABALOD last October 23- 26 in Sipalay and Hinobaan, Negros Occidental in cooperation with RASHID's Outdoor Team with their theme, "Manggad sang Kabaybayon Bululigan kag Amligan Naton."

The objective of the activity was to strengthen the efforts of the young environmental advocates in protecting and preserving the coastal resources.
The participants enjoyed the trip while learning. It was really an adventure!
