Emilio Yulo, III, Association of Chief Executives - Negros President and Secretary General of the League of Municipalities Manapla Mayor Manuel Escalante, LTO NCR Director Ricardo Tan, Bago City Mayor Ramon Torres, Congressman Ferrer's better half Atty. Juliet Marie Ferrer and some local officials in the province.
It was also the 1st Christmas party of the local and barangay officials in the 4th district.
There were more or less 1,400 barangay officials in the district who came for the Christmas party.
Actress Alysa Alano also entertained the audience with her song and dance.
Meanwhile, Rep. Arroyo clarified that he is the principal proponent of a Resolution, convening the Lower House into a constituent assembly.
"I am a mere signatory. I am one of the 160 plus signatories. This was the same Resolution which was headed by then House Speaker Jose De Venecia in the last term. I signed it the last time. I signed it again yesterday and if there is something in the next term, I will sign it again because I truly believe that the Charter is 22 years old and some of its provisions, I feel are outmoded. They must be redesigned to be in tune with the times. We need to revisit some of the provisions of the Constitution," he said.
