Rat infestation reported in two Iloilo towns
Two towns in Iloilo province have reported rat infestation attacking palay to be harvested. Iloilo Provincial Agriculture Office Crops Division Chief Reynaldo Osano said the towns of Estancia and Batad in the fifth district reported the rat infestation.
Osano however said that he has not receive costs of damages from the Municipal Agriculture Officers of the two towns.
He said he already released some rat poison to curtail further infestation even as per initial report the situation is not alarming. (PNA)
