TV Patrol Iloilo celebrates 6th year
ABS-CBN’s TV Patrol Iloilo celebrates its 6th anniversary with a series of activities highlighting the station’s vision for public service.
The month-long celebration kicked off with a clean up activity at the Iloilo River dubbed “Suba Ko, Tinluan Ko” in partnership with the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary.
It was followed by a medical mission benefiting more than 500 pediatric patients in Mandurriao District supported by the Philippine Pediatric Society.
Already an institutionalized activity, ABS-CBN Iloilo gave a birthday party to six children having similar birthday with TV Patrol Iloilo.
The Kapamilya Network also visited Asilo De Molo and held a feeding for the elderly and the orphans. There was also an entertainment program for the elderly and children.
The anniversary celebration will culminate with a cocktail party dubbed “Pasidungog sa Kapamilya” on January 31, 2009 at the Centennial Resort and Convention Center. ABS-CBN will give awards and recognition to its partners and supporters during the activity.
TV Patrol Iloilo had its maiden broadcast January 20, 2003. It is currently hosted by Atty. Jobert Peñaflorida and Jennifer Garcia.
