Captivating Capiz upgrades website
ROXAS CITY – The province is in the process of developing its upgraded website to be more responsive to those accessing it for Capiz-related information and updates.
The website, www.capiz.gov.ph, has now a fresher look with new features while retaining its previous contents.
It now offers downloadable information materials, multimedia gallery and a flash player for the important announcements, among others.
The website has also a link to Senator Mar Roxas website and various national government offices.
"Capiz, dubbed as the Seafood Capital of the Philippines, boasts of its 80-kilometer coastline and wide expanse of swampy lands easily converted into fishponds. It holds one of the richest fishing grounds and is a major contributor to the aquamarine industry," the website's homepage stated.
The province is the country's major suppliers of prawn and bangus apart from a surplus of agricultural products it generates every year. (PIA/A.Lumaque)
