Felix graces ‘Rescue First Responder Training’
Negros Occidental police chief Senior Superintendent Manuel Felix spoke before the participants of the Rescue First Responder Training last Tuesday morning at the Amity Public Safety Academy in Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City.
Felix emphasized in his message that peace and order in the society can only be achieved through cooperation of the different force multipliers and the community as well.
He also discussed the “TEAM NEGROS” action plan of the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office.
Present during the said activity were Mr. Josh Abonales of the Philippine National Red Cross, Mr. John Eric Villaluna the assistant head of the Provincial Disaster Management Program at the same time the President of the Negros Rescue Federation, Mr. Carlos Gaihong the administrator of the Amity Public Safety Academy, Mr. Vicfran Defante, head of the PDMP, Board Member Enrique Miguel Lacson of the 5th district and Ms. Lani Garcia of the Social Welfare Office.
This activity focuses mainly on neighborhood involvement and partnership of the “TEAM NEGROS” action plan of NOPPO in partnership with the provincial government of Negros Occidental.
