Clean and Green final evaluation starts
The final evaluation for the 21 barangay finalists, plaza and district categories in the Clean and Green competition starts today. The judges composed of heads of civic and professional clubs will have a round in the barangays and selected public facilities including public plaza.
The group of judges will start their evaluation at the three barangays in Arevalo district. Barangays Sto. Domingo, Sta. Cruz and Dulonan are this year’s finalists. Officials of the barangay are encouraged to be present in their respective barangay hall to show and guide the judges on what they have to show which conforms to the search criteria.
The next set of barangays to be evaluated by the judging committee is Mansaya, Progreso and Don Esteban in Lapuz. The evaluation is set on August 21, 1-4 p.m.
The following day, the evaluators will evaluate Barangays San Pedro, North Fundidor and North Baluarte in Molo. The evaluation time is from 8-12 noon.
On the same day, judges will also evaluate Barangays San Rafael, Bakhaw and PHHC Blk 17 in Mandurriao district.
In the afternoon of August 24, the judges will evaluate barangay finalists Dungon A, San Jose and Ma. Christina in Jaro district.
The judges will wrap up their evaluation among the barangay finalists on the morning of August 25 at San Isidro, Jereos and Magsaysay in Lapaz and Monica Blumentritt, Villa Anita and San Jose.
