Solon’s energization program reaches Panitan and Pilar
ROXAS CITY – Some P4.456 million sourced from the Priority Development Assistance Funds (PDAF) of 1st District Cong. Antonio del Rosario was poured to his energization program on 12 barangays in Panitan and 2 barangays in Pilar recently.
In a simple ceremonial switching on Friday held at the provincial capitol, Del Rosario said that the subsidy of the congressional funds to Capiz Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CAPELCO) is part of energization projects for residents in sitios which could hardly be reached by the power line connections of electric cooperative.
According to him, his projects directly reached to sitios and barangays which were neglected by the government for a long time,
“When I assume office as congressman, I have put a district office at the provincial capitol to cater to the needs of my constituents,” Del Rosario said.
He added that as long as he is the congressman of the 1st district, more projects will be poured.
The solon cited hundreds of multicabs being distributed to the barangays which they used during the emergency, patrol, wedding, burial and any occasions which can serve local folks in the barangays.
He also said that projects such as farm-to-market roads has been placed to cater the farmer’s produce to the market.
