PGSO head starts inventory at Mambusao District Hospital
ROXAS CITY – Newly installed Provincial General Service Office (PGSO) chief Eduardo “Boy” Apa-ap will start conducting an inventory on Mambusao District Hospital’s properties and equipment as soon as its head will act on the communication.
In his letter to the hospital chief, Apa-ap said that his office will conduct an inventory on all Provincial Government properties to determine their existence and serviceability.
Apa-ap told The News Today (TNT) that the first thing he will do, is to conduct an inventory on all properties and equipment of all offices under the provincial government.
According to him, once found unserviceable, he will recommend to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and the Commission on Audit (COA) for its disposition.
The newly installed PGSO department head joined the service on August 25, 1977 as a laborer of the Provincial Treasurer’s Office. He later became a permanent utility worker until he assumed as Clerk II in July 1989.
He was then elevated as Supply Officer III on May 17, 1993 at the PGSO.
From May 22, 1996 until his promotion as PGSO chief, Apa-ap was the assistant department head of the PGSO.
Apa-ap assumed office effective September 8 after Fernando Billones retired from service last week.
