Carlitos’ opens in Jaro
Carlitos’, the home of eclectic dining experience has opened its second branch in Jaro, beside Biscocho Haus. Now, homemade-quality food at its best, is accessible to those living in the city.
The Guadarramas warmly welcomed guests to a private opening party held last Dec. 2, 2009. The food served were pasta, bread and pastries, native delicacies and diniguan. Everything tasted so good, they reminded me of my mom’s homemade meals that are comfortable to the taste and made even more delicious because of the eclectic way that the Guadarramas create their dishes. Added to that was the impeccable service of the Carlitos’ staff who made dining an easy experience.
We dined while marveling at the homey architecture made by no less than its owner, Engr. Gerry Guadarrama. The pond and mini-waterfalls as well as the grotto was perfectly done.
Indeed, Carlitos’ provides an unforgettable and pleasing dining experience even to the most discriminating palate.
