Edmund Valencia, general manager of El Grande Resort Spa & Convention Center, was in the forefront to welcome the guests. Officially opening the new resort were socialite and businesswoman Norma Rosales, DOT Regional Director Edwin Trompeta, Executive Director of El Grande Seon Ok Kim and the Chairman of E Park Village Development Corporation Chung Ryul Lee, who owns the El Grande Resort Spa & Convention Center.
