Kabankalan reaps Pagdayaw 2009 awards
Kabankalan City reaped four awards in Pagdayaw 2009 of the Excellence in Local Government Award Local Governance held at the Iloilo Grand Hotel in Iloilo City recently.
The awards were Excellence in Local Legislation, City Category, 1st runner up in Excellence in Administrative Governance, City Category; Best Performing City and Excellence in Environment Management, City Category.
The guest speaker in the award rites was SILG Ronaldo Puno who was introduced by Evelyn Trompeta, Ceso III, regional director of DILG.
Mayor Pedro Zayco, Jr. and Vice Mayor Delia Anacan received this awards in Iloilo City.
