Deco’s invades Bacolod
Bacolod City Mayor Bing Leonardia takes the first bowl of Deco's Original La Paz Batchoy with Federico "Nonoy" Guillergan, Jr., son of Deco Guillargan Sr., the creator of Batchoy in the country in 1938.All of a sudden Bacolenos were surprised to discover that the original La Paz Batchoy entered the City of Smiles for that original savoring experience of the batchoy created by Federico Guillergan Sr in year 1938.
Yes, Your Twilighter was invited by the Deco’s Management to taste the creation of batchoy in the country and no less than the batchoy creator’s son, Federico “Nonoy” Guillergan Jr. was around to tell us how batchoy was created on this earth.
Thanks to Nonoy G for that story and of course we had to go straight to the batchoy treat paired with puto. Seen during the blessing were media faces like Manny Canto, King Aspero, Jun delos Reyes, Elsie Jolingan, Toots J, and more.
Rodrigo Sangrador Jr of the marketing group of Deco’s was also there along with Tiffany Ang, Mike and Mona Javelosa, Arianne Chua and more.
After the blessing came the batchoy treat and we all enjoyed.
