Erap to visit Capiz, Iloilo Feb. 3-4
ROXAS CITY – Former President Joseph “Erap” Estrada will visit Capiz and Iloilo provinces on February 3 and 4 for his ‘Lakbay Pasalamat’ through caravan and rally with supporters and political allies.
Mr. Ferdie Ramos, Erap’s media coordinator, said that the former president will arrive at the Roxas City airport on February 3 at around 7:00 a.m. through private plane then proceed to have a courtesy call with City Mayor Vicente Bermejo at 8:30 a.m..
Erap, a presidential aspirant, will also have a caravan within the city streets and will proceed to Teodoro Arcenas Trade Center to meet with supporters.
After Roxas City, the caravan will go to Panay, Capiz at around 10:30 a.m. where he will also meet with allies and supporters at the said town.
From Panay, the caravan will proceed to Estancia, Iloilo at around 11:30 a.m. and Carles at 2:00 p.m. for motorcade and rally, then at around 3:30 p.m., Erap will proceed to Ajuy for whistle stop and at 6:00 p.m. he is expected to arrive in Iloilo City where he will attend the Agila event in La Paz.
Day 2 of the caravan and rally, Erap will conduct a relief good distribution with Iloilo City Councilor Jam Baronda and at around 9:30 a.m., he will proceed to New Lucena where they have a whistle stop.
In the afternoon, the group will proceed to Zarraga at 2:00 p.m. also for a whistle stop and at around 4:30 p.m., they will proceed to Leganes and after it, they are scheduled to go back for Manila at around 7:30 p.m. via Philippine Airlines.
Ramos also said that vice presidentiable Jejomar Binay and other senatoriables are expected to join the caravan and rally.
The caravan will also be accompanied by Erwin Maceda and Jeep ni Erap led by Mrs. Erma Gamboa.
