Cakes of Beauty
St.Therese-MTC College La Fiesta Site with their entry.Beautifully decorated cakes were displayed at the Food Court Entrance of SM City Iloilo during the Post Valentine Cake Decorating Contest last February. They were entries of varied schools, namely Kryz Culinary and Restaurant Services Institute (KCARSI), University of San Agustin, Colegio del Sagrado Corazon de Jesus and St. Therese MTC College – La Fiesta Site.
First place and second place went to St. Therese MTC College – La Fiesta Site, third place to CSCJ and Shopper’s Choice (shoppers’ favorite) was the cake by KCARSI.
They were judged according to the presentation or over-all look, relevance to the theme and taste. An additional five points was given to the entry that used SMB product as one of the ingredients.
The event was a project of SM Food Court in cooperation with San Miguel Beer, Our Home, Picture City and Aras Plant.
