Two minors hurt in motorcycle crash
Two teenage boys were injured after their motorcycle rammed a bamboo fence at Brgy. Aganan, Pavia, Iloilo Wednesday evening.
After crashing through the fence, the motorcycle driven by Jose Federico Layo and his backrider Cesar Ryan Sevilla, both 16 years old and residents of Cabugao Sur, Pavia, Iloilo, hit the window grills of a house.
Residents rushed through the area after the thudding sound.
They saw one of the victims slumped on the pavement while the other one was thrown out of the motorcycle.
They were then rushed to Western Visayas State University Medical Center for treatment.
Reports claimed that the duo claimed from Pavia town proper when the incident happened.
Several observers claimed that the victims were under the influence of liquor when the incident happened.
They were also over speeding before the motorcycle crash.
