ICPO cops hold ‘mass feeding’ for 200 pupils
It was a day of love and sharing when the Police Community Relations (PCR) of the Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) conducted a Mass Feeding to 200 elementary pupils of Tiu Cho Teg Ros Foundation Integrated School in Brgy. Lanit in Jaro district here recently.
The school which was formerly called Lanit Elementary School was represented by their school principal Michael Marquez.
Aside from mass feeding, these pupils also received free school supplies such as notebooks, pad paper, ball pen, and pencils among others.
According to Senior Insp. Lourdes Banzuelo, chief of PCR, the pupils were given nutritious Arroz Caldo with malunggay leaves, bread and juice so that they could improve their health and develop healthy minds and bodies.
This program was also made possible in coordination with Mason, a recognized NGO in this city through Luis Jose Maria Ong.
