COMELEC bares winning village chiefs in Roxas City
ROXAS CITY – The Commission on Elections here bared the winning barangay captains in the city’s 47 villages following the elections Monday.
The winners are: Martin Antonio Pimentel, Brgy. 1; Luzminda de la Cruz, Brgy. II; Ildefonso Tobillo, Brgy III; Lucile de la Cruz (unopposed), Brgy IV; Freddie Doroteo, Brgy V; Noel Agapito, Brgy VI; Rolando Luda, Brgy. VII; Diolito Agana Sr., Brgy VIII; Eufrosino Azarcon, Brgy IX; Roberto Avelino, Brgy X; Nelson Vidal, Brgy XI;

City Elections Officer Jomar Betita said despite some tension during the elections, the exercise was general peaceful as no one was reported hurt.
