City Mayor Jerry Treñas assured the Ilonggos of continuous efficient service from the city government as all department heads are bound to do their responsibilities expected of them. Dulay orders cops entering Camp Delgado to be in proper uniform

Police officers are warned to be in proper uniform while transacting business at Camp Delgado. Police Regional Office (PRO 6) director Chief Supt. Wilfredo V. Dulay, Sr. issued this directive citing the number of situations which he saw PNP personnel roaming inside the Regional Headquarters on civilian attire.
