5 CIDG policemen charged for pawnshop robbery

Five policemen from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group 6 were charged for robbery before the Iloilo City Prosecutor’s Office yesterday by the owner of the pawnshop they illegally entered last week.

Fire guts 4 houses in La Paz

Four houses in Zone 3, Brgy. Baldoza, La Paz district in Iloilo City were razed Monday evening.

The fire destroyed the houses of Pacita Espedenya, Carlito Valiente, and Adriano Espedenya and damaged the one owned by Lito Gaspar.
