The H.A.L.I.G.I. Foundation Inc. and Hon. Jed Patrick Mabilog, Congressman Raul Gonzalez Jr., Mayor Jerry P. Treñas and the Iloilo City Government in cooperation with the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, Iloilo City (Host) Lions Club and ABS-CBN TV 10-Iloilo conducted the awarding ceremony of Iloilo City's ANG BATANG LIDER 2006: The Outstanding Student Leaders in Iloilo City (TOSLIC) for the School Year 2005-2006. The Awarding ceremony was held last March 20, 2006, 5:00 p.m. at the Fountain Area of Robinson's Place Iloilo.

State University Category: Ricky Boy Cabatu, Ma. Vermi Katrina Canong and KC Joy Singgo of the University of the Philippines (UPHI); Henry Gomez Jr. and Angeline Geloryao of Western Visayas College of Science and Technology (WVCST).
