ERC to hear PECO's distribution rate application
On February 23, 2007, Panay Electric Company, Inc., (PECO) filed with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) an application entitled "In the Matter of the Application for the Approval of Revised Rate Schedules and Appraisal of Property, with Prayer for Provisional Authority, Panay Electric Company, Inc,.
