Win this, the region's Top Cop, Chief Superintendent Isagani R. Cuevas, in cooperation with the Health Service of Police Regional Office (PRO) 6 conducts "Operation Tuli" where 50 dependents of PNP personnel will be given free circumcision.
The activity will be conducted from April 22 to May 15, 2008; however, the circumcision will only be conducted every morning of Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Regional Health Service (RHS) 6 Chief, Superintendent Napoleon G. Reolo, MD, said there will only be limited slots for the purpose. Hence, RHS 6 will entertain interested applicants on a "First come, First Serve" basis.
