Why students love Bluejay Coffee
Jennifer Laloy.
The rain was quiet heavy as I tried to catch some students hanging out at Bluejay Coffee to get some insights on why they love to drink coffee; spend time, eat good food and enjoy the cozy ambiance of Iloilo’s best coffee shop. Read on, as three students share stories on why Bluejay Coffee has been the coffee shop of their choice and how do they stay attuned in the demands of academic requirements.
For BS Nursing graduate, Florence King H. Erlano, 23, staying awake isn't the main issue when reviewing classes for the upcoming Nursing board exam but staying attentive and focused to keep track of all the lessons from review classes. He recounted that with even just one cup of coffee at Bluejay Coffee (Americano) when hanging out with friends, he can get more done later on and with less effort to grasp essential points as he prepares for the review classes. Mr. Erlano confided that drinking coffee is about more than just trying to stay awake for a class but meant to be enjoyed in the company of good friends who encourage you to do your best.
"I love everything about Bluejay Coffee, its great tasting and aromatic coffee, the wickedly tempting desserts – the lava cake!, the freezing frappe, the mouth-watering pasta and sandwiches, great service, student-friendly atmosphere and exciting new products," reveals Erlano.
Shannon Mae Z. Sazon..
Friends and schoolmates, Shannon Mae Z. Sazon, 24, second courser, sophomore - BS Hotel and Restaurant Management; and Jennifer Laloy, 18, junior - BS Tourism, were busy surfing some sites for their respective research assignments when I approached them for an on-the-spot interview. Laloy, who dreamt of traveling around the country and other parts of the globe, disclosed that they were looking for nice place to relax after a grueling class in past days and end up at Bluejay Coffee. Sazon shared that Bluejay Coffee is the coolest coffee shop because of its cozy ambiance, affordable and great tasting food and good service. "One notable characteristic of quality service in Bluejay Coffee is the ability of its staff to assist the clients, suggesting the must-try menu, and being so approachable," Ms. Laloy reveals.
Sazon and Laloy, who hurdle school demands with perseverance, dedication, and hard work to pursue their respective ambition and secure a bright future for their selves, gamely cheer the almost-consumed Bluejay Ice Vanilla and Bluejay Ice Latte for the pleasant coffee experience, quality service, great ambiance, and affordable and yummy food of Bluejay Coffee to culminate our conversation.
