Gonzales finally takes oath as lawyer
ROXAS CITY – Atty. Vincent Elben A. Gonzales, a suspect in an anti-hazing case, has finally taken his oath as member of the Bar.
Gonzales is the son of former mediaman Ruben Gonzales and Capitol employee Mrs. Elsa Gonzales.
Gonzales, who passed Bar examination in 2006, was convicted in Iloilo City Hall of Justice on the same year. He was exonerated by the law and was able to take his oath recently at the Supreme Court with Justice Antonio Nachura.
Gonzales, is now employed as executive assistant of Interim General Manager Pablo Bercilla of Metro Roxas Water District and Asst. Legal Officer of the said water district.
Born on October 21, 1981, Vincent is the eldest of six siblings. He started his education as Kindergarten at Roxas City DSWD under Miss Erlinda Lopez. He finished as gold medalist. He studied in his elementary education in President Manuel Roxas Memorial School in 1988-94.
He also finished his secondary at Capiz National High School 1988-94. He finished his college education at Central Philippine University (CPU) from 1998-2002. He took his law proper at Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion from 2002-2006 where out of 18 examinees, he was the lone passer.
