Zayco provides skills training for prisoners
Gov. Isidro P. Zayco provided a two-day skills training on balut and salted egg making to about 50 detained inmates at the Provincial Jail along Gatuslao Street in Bacolod City.
The training that started yesterday is spearheaded by the Technology and Livelihood Development Center who provided the materials needed for the training.
The participants are inmates whose cases are still under trial and are not yet convicted.
