Camella and Lessandra’s glitzy Awards Night
Camella Communities Officers & Staff.On its first successful year of giving the Ilonggos a better choice of owning a home in a premier townhouse setting and serene community, Lessandra located at Gorriceta Avenue, Jibao-an, Pavia, Iloilo is Camella Communities’ latest Iloilo project recently celebrated its first founding anniversary last August 28.
A solemn thanksgiving mass was officiated by Father Greg Porras at Lessandra site attended by Camella Communties’ dynamic staff, brokers, agents, and noteworthy guests. It was followed by Lessandra Family Fun Day where everyone enjoyed fun games.
Camella’s staff spearheaded the raffle of Lessandra collectible items and gifts. Lessandra held a special Buyer’s Day for their clients, agents, and brokers.
In the afternoon, the Lessandra First Anniversary Awards Night started with a festive energy from the opening act performed by Ilonggo fire dancers that highlighted Camella Communities’ success and significance in changing the face of homeownership in Iloilo.

The symbolic lighting of torches was headed by Camella Communities staff and officers, brokers, agents, and contractors. In recognition to Lessandra’s success, Camella Communities cited the best performers who contributed to the fast-faced development and marketing of the newest Iloilo townhouse community.
Grace Pedregosa bagged the Lessandra Ice Breaker award, Sneh Jessie Alparaque, Lessandra Ultimate Sales Manager; and Ma. Ruth Alparaque, Lessandra Ultimate Property Consultant; both awardees represented Natividad Realty. Nelson Climacosa of Jireh Group got the Lessandra Booked Sale Idol award and Mary Jean Cambel of Emerald Group, Lessandra Contracted Sales Idol. The forceful people behind the groundbreaking success and modern facet of the newest Camella community were awarded with Lessandra Builder Idols. The contractor groups were MASTERS Inc., Remso General Merchant, ASZ Construction, and JRJ Construction.
