The Varca Center Blessing

Also at hand to support her in this important occasion (and he really made sure that everybody had their filling of the cocktails) was husband Lito Chiu.
Vice Mayor Jed Mabilog also graced the occasion. He said that Ilonggos are very lucky to have Mel Varca around, that although she had been doing good in the United States, she decided to come back to Iloilo and share her exceptional talent to the Ilonggos. He also lauded Mel for a business center that has varied services, like a bakery, lechon manok, home decorations and of course, her forte, fashion designing.

Until now, she is the go-to-girl when it comes to embroideries and other embellishments. She’s akin to Filipiniana designs and beadwork as well. She loves to play with colors as well as invent and innovate.
