Sasa’s Birthday Cum House Blessing
It was a cool, windy Monday afternoon in east side of the city where Liza Mae Dela Rosa a.k.a. SASA was having her birthday and house blessing. An afternoon joyfully shared with close friends and relatives.
Sasa is beaming with pride as she welcomed her friends to her abode. Her room particularly caught everyone’s fancy. Everyone who knows her is aware that her favorite color is pink. Almost everything is pink except for her online laptop and stereo set. The house is soooo Sasa (pink) extending outside her room with every item like soap holder to placemats, table cloth, draperies, etc. And who’s to complain? She got the house all for herself.
After the solemn house blessing by Rev. Father Gatia, friends chorused and wished Sasa a happy birthday. She made her wish and blew the pink candle on her pink cake. The fun then followed as everybody traded jokes and puns while helping themselves with filling snacks coupled with a crunchy lechon.
Sasa is a customer service supervisor in one of the major call center in Bacolod, a naughty wit and a fun person to be with.
