City Government honors retirees
The Bacolod City Government hosted yesterday a Christmas and thanksgiving party for all the retiring city government employees this year.
Mayor Evelio Leonardia and Vice Mayor Jude Thaddeus Sayson led the giving of recognition to the retirees who each received a gift in gratitude of their service to the city.
Leonardia expressed gratitude to the retiring employees for the invaluable and selfless service that they have rendered for the city government and the Bacoleños. He also encouraged them to find ways to busy themselves during their retirement and spend more time with their respective families.
The party, organized by the Human Resources Department, was also held in honor of Councilors Greg Gasataya and Reynold Iledan who are in their final term as city councilors.
