Person arrested for estafa
Police Officer 3 Rolito Flores and Police Officer 2 Rone Benitua all members of the Investigation Detective Management Branch (IDMB) of Bacolod City Police Office arrested REGIE OLAIRA y BOLLOSA on December 17, 2009 at about 10:30 A.M, married and a resident of Regent Pearl Homes in Barangay Alijis in this city.
OLAIRA has a pending arrest warrant for the crime of ESTAFA issued by Honorable Judge Roberto Chiongson of Regional Trial Court Branch 50 in criminal case numbers 09-32241; -09-32242 and 09-32243.
The bail bond recommended for the temporary liberty of the said suspect are fixed at Php 28,000.00; Php 16,000.00 and Php 16,000.00 respectively in three criminal cases.
Suspect is presently detained at the lock up cell of Police Station 1. /PO1 Jared Esquilla
