Pyromusical Showdown 2009 at Iloilo Supermart

And everyone counted … 5… 4… 3… 2… 1! Then, everyone was spell bound by the vibrant flares that danced in the sky while Christmas melodies played during the First Iloilo Supermart Pyromusical Showdown of 2009 in Iloilo City.
Three highly acclaimed pyrotechnical teams from around the country competed for the title of the Best Pyroteam. The crowd cheered everytime they witnessed a spectacular display and decided on who their favorite team was. All three teams captured the awe and admiration of the Ilonggos but it was Team Nestle, powered by Peacock Fireworks that was declared the champion.
Iloilo Supermart had been annually hosting a fireworks display for 15 years and this 2009’s presentation raised the bar. The company made this the grandest ever with the support of Nestle, Procter and Gamble Phils, San Miguel Corporation, Unilever, Coca-cola, Meadjohnson and GMA.
