Rivera, Region VI Outstanding Councilor winner
The Junior Chamber International Philippines named Councilor Raul C. Rivera of Kabankalan City as Region VI winner in Outstanding Councilors of the Philippines for 2009.
Rivera will join the other regional winners for the final judging of the national winners during the awarding ceremonies to be held in Cebu City on March 12. The nominees will be informed immediately of the results of the national winners after judging.
The selection of a TOCP awardee is a long and tedious process. All entries were scrutinized and reviewed by a distinguished panel of judges. Their nomination forms and scrapbooks were sent to the board of judges for final juding which is the most arduous and important part of the process, said JCI. Mm.
