Celino, other LP bets still top radio surveys
ROXAS CITY – City mayoralty candidate Alan Celino and the rest of Liberal Party (LP) bets still dominate the recent poll survey conducted by the Radyo Mo Nationwide (RMN) and Random Access Consultants Inc. (RACI) commissioned by Bombo Radyo Philippines.
In RMN poll survey which was conducted on April 14-15, 2010, Celino enjoyed the lead of 55.4% over his opponent incumbent City Mayor Vicente Bermejo, Ugyon Kita Capiz (UKC), who garnered 26.4% votes. The survey has 12.7% undecided.
In a RACI survey conducted on April 30 – May 1 with a +-4 percent margin of error, Celino got 48.3% while Bermejo got only 43.2%.
The same survey which was conducted on April 20 – 22 revealed that Celino got 44% while Bermejo garnered 43%.
Other LP bets who topped the RMN survey are: for 1st district congressional race, incumbent Rep. Antonio del Rosario enjoyed the overwhelming lead of 73.6% votes over his three opponents: Atty. Rodriquez Dadivas, (Independent), 10.0%; Vice Governor Felipe Barredo, UKC, 8.2% and Conrado Tinsay II, (Independent) no score with 8.2% undecided.
For Governor: Incumbent Governor Victor Tanco, Sr, LP, also took the lead with big margin of 82.7 votes while his two opponents Former Agriculture Usec Jocelyn “Jocjoc” Bolante, UKC, 9.1% and Zenon Amoroso, Independent, no score with 9.1 undecided.
For vice governor, Board Member Nonoy Contreras, LP, garnered 70.0% votes while his lone opponent Mark Ortiz, UKC, got only 17.3% with 12.7% undecided.
Top five 1st district board members: Roberto Ignacio, 92.7%; Atty. Remia Funtes-Bartolome, 50.9%; Jonathan Besa, 43.6%; Eduardo Magallanes, 40.9%, all are LP and Blesilda Almalbi, UKC, 30.0% with 14.5% undecided.
