Two persons killed, another hurt in motorcycle crash
Two persons were killed after the motorcycle they were riding crashed into a rock at Brgy. Baiyang, Batan, Aklan.
The victims were identified as Hector Pastrana, 47, and Ramil Mirasol, 41, both residents of of Brgy. Ibao, Lezo town.
The incident also injured Ramil’s brother, 55-year old Freddie.
Police accounts claimed that the victims were onboard a Suzuki motorbike driven by Pastrana with the Mirasol brothers as backriders when the incident happened.
They just came from a fiesta when their vehicle slammed into a rock.
The motorcycle lost control until it tumbled.
The victims were rushed to Dr. Rafael Tumbokon Memorial General Hospital but Pastrana and Ramil were declared dead on arrival.
Freddie, on the other hand, suffered fractures and bruises on the different parts of his body.
