City Hall opens hotline service
The Iloilo City Government has activated two hotline numbers for the public.
The hotline PLDT number 3333-533(JED) is now open for inquiries, feedbacks, complaints, suggestions and recommendations during office hours, from 8 .a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays to Fridays.
The BayanTel number 3000-533 (JED) is still being installed process and will be available this week.
Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog said the City Hall hotlines were activated to encourage and generate people’s participation and promote transparency and good governance.
He said the public will now be given the chance to easily access information and interact with city government services through the direct lines.
Mabilog said he also wants to bring the City Government closer to the people and know situation of his constituents for appropriate action.
The staff who will man the hotlines will take note of the caller’s concerns in feedback forms which will be collated and submitted to Mayor’s Office every afternoon.*
