14 sports events slated in ‘Sinadya sa Halaran’
ROXAS CITY – The Sinadya sa Halaran 2010 (SSH) will feature 14 sports events during the festivities set December 3 to 8.
On December 3, scheduled are the 3rd SSH regional bowling tournament (Governor’s Cup) at Rock ‘n Bowl Bowling Lanes in San Antonio Resort, Baybay and the 2010 SSH Fiesta Shoot of Capiz Gun Club Range in Brgy. Sibaguan.
The events on December 4 are Sinadya sa Hala-RUN (1st Astig Fun Run) from Roxas City Plaza to Arnaldo Boulevard; 4th Bean Basketball (3-Point Shooting Contest) at the Dinggoy Roxas Civic Center; SSH Swimfest (Gov. Victor A. Tanco’s Cup), Swimming Pool, Villareal Stadium; Siniki sa Baybay (Football) in Baybay Beach; Bugsay-bugsay (Banca Race) in Panay River;
Hinampang sa Baybay (Beach Volleyball) in La Playa de Roxas, Baybay ; National Airsoft Competition (1st Mayor Angel Alan Celino Cup) at the Villareal Stadium; Hinampang sa Plaza in Roxas City Plaza; and Roxas City Invitational Darts Tournament at the food court of Gaisano mall.
The Gov. Victor A. Tanco Invitational Taekwondo Championship and the 1st Mayor Angel Alan Celino National Airsoft Competition are set on December 5 at the Dinggoy Roxas Civic Center and Villareal Stadium, respectively.
The “Arnis Pasundayag kag Sadsad sa Kalye, ” a regular feature of Sinadya sa Halaran, will be performed in front of the Capiz Provincial Capitol.*
