Jobs fair set Dec. 6
ROXAS CITY – The Roxas City government through its Public Employment Service Office (PESO) will hold a jobs fair on December 6 at the Dinggoy Roxas Civic Center.
The “Roxas City Jobs Fair 2010” is among the events of this year’s Sinadya sa Halaran (SSH) celebration.
City PESO Manager Milagros Barquin said at least 15 local establishments and 35 international employment agencies have been invited to participate.
The employment event is the first major jobs fair of PESO under Mayor Angel Alan Celino.
However, it is already providing referrals and placement for job seekers and holding a series of special recruitment activities especially for call center employment.
The upcoming jobs fair will be held in collaboration with Department of Labor and Employment and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration.*
