City's power assured even with reduced supply from PecoPanay Electric Company (Peco) will reportedly lower by 6 to 7 megawatts the power it distributes to city consumers starting August 12 due to equipment maintenance. But city residents don't have to worry, the National Power Corporation (Napocor) could already provide for the lost power. Napocor, National Transmission Corporation (Transco) and Peco have already inked a memorandum of agreement for the power interconnection. The MOA was signed after Peco posted P1.8 million bond to serve the power needs of its consumers. |
