Highlighting the achievements of the West Visayas State University for more than 100 years, the Centennial Exhibits at the Mall was held last July 23, 2007 at SM City Iloilo. Dr. Lourdes C. Arañador and Mr. and Mrs. Manrico Lataquin, distinguished alumni of the University opened the exhibits. Family collections of the Lataquins about WVSU are among those featured in the exhibits.
There are many reasons why a person takes a particular course in college. Some of them are family influence, the prospect of having a huge income or the course is related to one's passion. Dannuel G. Uy finds out these college students' reasons for taking a particular course.
