Ma of ‘salvaged’ robbery suspect eyes 2 city cops in son’s murder
The family of a robbery suspect murdered in Jaro District is seeking justice alongside expressed suspicions on the involvement of at least two city cops.
Heard over Bombo Radyo Iloilo, Mylene Castro decried the fate of her son Carlos found hogtied and left for dead at Barangay Montinola.
Castro said the two cops went to the family home in search of Carlos with a warning left to the family. The police officers, she said, demanded for the surrender of her son or else he will only get to live in the next 24 hours.
True to the warning, Carlos’ lifeless body was found the day after.
