United colors of Balantang
The students of the Day Care Center of Balantang, Jaro were dressed in their national costumes as they celebrated United Nations Day. As a way to raise funds for the center, the United Nations King and Queen were selected through canvassing. Those who supported them, of course, had the chance to win some goodies from the raffle draw.
The United Nations Queen was Mary Yvonne Sablon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Sablon, while the King was Sean Manuel Villalon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Marc Villalon. Their crown bearer was Joshua Jumayao, son of Juvy Jumayao; scepter bearer was Theosteff Gregorio, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theresa Gregorio; sash bearer was Ariana Recel Lopez, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ruby Lopez and the flower girl was Shane Ann Ollivar, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lindsay Ollivar.
The princes were Greg Joseph Gacoma, Von Sydray Grajo, John Kian Gordo, Dane Mark Villegas, Joshua Agutaya, Emil June Talundata, John Kirby Belmonte, Lourence Tabares, Joel Alveza Jr., Rico Chris Rayiel Porras, Alexis Vargas, Jan Jero Acosta and Gerry Constantino.
The princesses were Jay Ann Pajutagana, Fionna Mae San Diego, Nicole Ann Pamulag, Ruby Ann Lindero, Angel Labating, Rica Rose Dunggon, Trish Nichole Jastia, Athena Grace Porras, Allhyza Mae Belmonte, Liezel Camino, Trixie Love Cabangal, Denise Kaye Benedicto, Shiela Mae Lopez and Frances Lhovy Kier Bayson.
The other United Nations participants were Julius Rae Nazareno, Mikko Lindero, Lance Theodore Jastia, Jero Jastia, Jorence Londeres, Jon Kenneth Gardose and Muke Daniel Besonia.
