Frances .. flavors redefined
The Tiu Family.Frances, located at the the EON Centennial Hotel, is the newest player to conquer the restaurant industry in Iloilo City and is set to offer diners a new approach in dining.
No less than Frances Aimee Tiu, the youngest of the four children of Felix and Bernadette Tiu, is the executive chef. She’s trained in Hotel and Restaurant Management at St. La Salle Benilde and in the culinary arts at the American Hospitality Academy. And of course, the restaurant was named after her.
Frances serves fusion food – a mix of Asian (Filipino and Japanese, mostly) and European.
“We’re glad we are able to introduce Frances to the Ilonggos. We invite you to try our food, we know you’ll like it. The price is reasonable as well,” Bernadette said.
At Frances, every bite and conversation with your family, friends and company, is a delight.
