Guard rapped for touching legs of saleslady
ROXAS CITY – A security guard is now in trouble and facing a charge for act of lasciviousness after he was complained by a sales lady of maliciously touching her legs inside the Unitop along Roxas Avenue this city last week.
Grace Elauria, 22, of Lawaan this city, went to the police pointing to Roy Baquilar of Dayao also of this city and a security guard of Golden Eye Security agency as the one who touched her legs.
Based on the police blotter, the assault took place the other day when the victim was at the baggage section where she was approached by the suspect maliciously touched her legs.
Following Elauria’s complaint, several sales ladies also revealed the same experienced from the hand of the suspect.
According to them, the suspect not only touched their legs but also slapped their behind.
The suspect, who is still mum on the incident, was subjected to disciplinary action by the management of both department store and security agency.

The said endanger specie bore wounds and was weak when found, however, concerned residents had its wound treated and freed it back to the sea.
