Search for City Hall model employees on
The Iloilo City Government through the Human Resource Management Office is searching for outstanding personnel for the “2010 Model Male and Female Employee Award.”
The recognition is one of the highlights of the city’s celebration of its 73rd Charter Day themed “Dakbanwa sang Iloilo, Bugal Ko” (Pride of Place).
The awarding rites will be held during the Mayor’s Ball at Punta Villa Resort and Convention Center in Arevalo district on August 25.
The award is also in line with Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog’s program for the professionalization of city government employees.
The nominees will be evaluated as to his or her outstanding accomplishments; commendations, citations and awards received; and behavioral dimensions including courtesy, punctuality and attendance, initiative and innovativeness, and human relation and leadership.
He or she must be recommended by the head of office where the nominee belongs.
The deadline of submission of evaluation/recommendation forms will be on August 10, 5 p.m., at the HRMO, 3rd Level, Angeles Arcade, Mabini Street, City Proper.
The distribution of Certificate of Recognition for “Best Male and Female Employee” nominees will be undertaken during the flag ceremony on August 16, 8 a.m., at Robinsons Place Iloilo main car park.
The screening of nominees by panel of judges will be conducted on August 19 at 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Social Hall, General Luna Street, City Proper.
