PNPA admission test set
The Philippine National Police Academy Cadet Admission Test (CAT) will be given in 24 testing centers all over the country on November 7.
The PNPA CAT is open to all high school graduates born between May 2, 1989 and May 1, 1994.
They must be at least high school graduates, of good moral character, single and with no legal obligation to support a child or children.
For males, height limit is at least 5 ft. 4 inches while for females, 5 ft. 2 inches.
Applicants must be physically and mentally fit for cadetship training with no criminal, administrative or civil case before any Prosecutor’s Office or any Court of Justice and other derogatory record(s) to qualify.
Tattoos and other brotherhood marks as well as ear piercing for males are grounds for disqualification.
Those who will qualify will compose the Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Class of 2015.
Successful applicants will be granted full scholarship under the Cadetship Program with a cadet/cadette set to receive a basic salary of P21, 709 per month while on schooling at Camp Mariano Castañeda in Silang, Cavite for four years.
Upon graduation, they will be commissioned as Inspectors (lieutenants) in the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection or the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology with a monthly base pay of P25, 338 plus other allowances.*
