Dumalag dad passes away
ROXAS CITY – The Provincial Board of Capiz has passed a resolution extending profound sympathies to the bereaved family of Dumalag Councilor Rafael Frial.
In the resolution, the Provincial Board said that Frial, who passed away last September 16, was an active prime mover for community development, redounding to the welfare of the people of Dumalag.
It added that Frial’s contributions as a competent and compassionate municipal leader were vital in alleviating poverty and in promoting progress in the community.
Frial, who was in his second term as councilor, had also served as vice mayor of Dumalag.
The Provincial Board said it recognizes that the family of Frial deserves words of comfort and encouragement during their moment of deep pain and desolation.
“In sincere and most heartfelt way, sympathy of bereavement in the passing away of an honorable gentlemen is shared among his fellow public servants in the province of Capiz,” the resolution said.*
Earlier, Panitan Councilor Abe Belvis also died, due to cardiac arrest.*
